I would like to request the integration of Outlook as a secondary CRM option in QuoteWerks. Specifically, I'd like to enable the following features:

Email quotes directly through Outlook.Synchronize contacts between QuoteWerks and Outlook.Integrate calendars for managing appointments and follow-ups.Automatically create journal entries for each quote sent.Use Outlook public folders for sharing CRM data across teams.

This integration would allow users to see shared CRM data directly within their Outlook client, enhancing collaboration and efficiency.

Please consider adding a secondary CRM with Kaseya BMS too!  

I want to be able to do all the preliminary marketing and sales work within Hubspot, but when it gets serious and ready to write quotes, I'd like the ability to synchronize to Kaseya BMS like you already do for Autotask and Connectwise.
