Logins / Licenses

I have noticed that if someone simply closes their browser and does not intentionally log out of QW web it will not release their license.  Is there a way to automatically release a license after a period of no activity?

Bump.

My company just installed QuoteWerks and we are already seeing this issue.  Is there a QuoteWerks employee who is monitoring these forums who can answer this question as to whether this is something that can be done or am I going to have to check every day if there are hanging licenses?

I support this as being an option, if it's not currently available.

We have been working on this for the last several weeks. If continue to run into difficulties, please email technical support directly.

Wow....this is a year ago....and we still have the same issues with licenses not being released!

Five years later and this feature still isn't available.

Yesterday, a client's single-license system was inaccessible for a whole business day whilst the person that was logged in via QWW was on a long-haul flight.

Is there an update?

"Important:  Currently you cannot Revoke License Allocation or Terminate Running Instance for QuoteWerksWeb Logins.   To clear users from QuoteWerks Web, log into a browser as that user and be sure to click the Log Out button.   If there is absolutely no way to accomplish this, then contact QuoteWerks Technical Support with access to your SQL Database.
